Morgan P. Hanlon, Managing Member
Morgan is the founder and Managing Member of Stiles Lake Investors. In two years, Morgan has grown Stiles Lake Investors through acquisition and development from a single property generating approximately $950,000 in annual revenues to a six-property portfolio consisting of approximately 315,000 net rentable square feet generating approximately $2.4 million in annual revenues.
Prior to founding Stiles Lake Investors, Morgan spent 11 years as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Wells Fargo Securities, working with companies in the technology sector. Before beginning his career on Wall Street, Morgan was a US Army officer where he led an M1A1 tank company in combat operations during Operation Desert Storm.
Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Maureen C. Hanlon, Director of Finance
Maureen Hanlon has over 23 years of self-storage development and management experience. In 1985, Maureen and her siblings developed Auburn Self Storage, one of the earliest and largest self-storage properties in central Massachusetts. Over the years, the siblings grew the operations to over 95,000 net rentable square feet of self-storage and 15,000 square feet of commercial/industrial space. In 2006, Maureen became the Director of Finance for Stiles Lake Investors, overseeing all finance and accounting functions. Maureen is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Scot S. Vayo, Director of Operations
Scot has over 15 years of retail and customer service experience. Scot began his professional career with Sears, Roebuck & Co., where he rose to the position of Store General Manager. In addition, he received specialized training in Recruiting and Training.
In 2005 Scot joined the Target Corporation in their Store Management Trainee Program. While with Target, Scot held positions in Executive Management of Merchandising, Logistics, and Human Resources. During this time, he received special recognition in that he supported and participated in the hiring and set-up of 4 new Target Stores.
In July 2007, Scot accepted a position as the Central Massachusetts Area Manager for Casey Storage Solutions. In March of 2008, he was promoted to the Director of Operations responsible for all aspects of self-storage operations. Scot graduated from Nichols College with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
